For example, we recently drove to South Carolina during COVID and had to stop for the night. We choose Savannah. The agent helped me pick a hotel with high standards to address the COVID issues, made sure I received an upgrade, had a bottle of good wine waiting for us in our hotel room and even made dinner reservations for us!
