I’ve used this travel agency for over 10 years for cruises, hotels and international trips. The travel agents are very responsive and I’ve alway been pleased with the quality of the services. Since it’s part of the Virtuoso network, we always receive upgrades - some of which are amazing. It doesn’t matter how small or large the request is - the agents look at every detail. For example, we recently drove to South Carolina during COVID and had to stop for the night. We choose Savannah. The agent helped me pick a hotel with high standards to address the COVID issues, made sure I received an upgrade, had a bottle of good wine waiting for us in our hotel room and even made dinner reservations for us!
